Shipping policy

I try to ship as quickly as possible but since I am a small business, sometimes I forget/misplace a specific tool/supply or I am missing a very specific box to ship a larger than usual order. There have been times where I miscounted the amount of product I had and just needed 1 day to whip it up. The processing times are only as long as they are to accommodate for mistakes like that.
